Rating: ★★★☆☆

Its six degrees of desperation as the Script return, yet again, with another post-breakup album.

The uninspiring borderline predictable record, titled #3, surprisingly peaked at number 2 in the UK album charts on its release.

Now in their sixth year, the one trick pony returns with their third album which showcases the same themes as their first release back in 2008 which was somewhat reputable, as with their second release Science and Faith.

All of the songs convey the same message, and not even Will.I.Am featuring on the first single ‘Hall of Fame’ can retrieve some sort of dignity for the Irishman, Danny O’Donoghue.

The single from the album and the only song worth listening to, Six Degrees of Separation, is out on the 25th November. Get that instead of the album and you can save yourself a couple of quid.
